Description of Marquis by Waterford Quadrata Large Clock
· The Quadrata Large Clock takes the square approach with a pattern of gray cut squares beautifully framing the timepiece.Crafted from one solid block, this heavy crystal clock from Waterford Marquis adds an elegant touch to a desk or bookshelf. In the Quadrata design, deep wedge cuts run vertically down the front and back, while a band of etched squares highlights the top edge. Inset in the top half of the front is a 2-1/2-inch round precision timepiece featuring a polished stainless-steel rim, needle-thin hands (including a second hand), and quadrant marks instead of numerals. The word Marquis signatures the clock face. Using a sharp knife, the timepiece can be gently pried out for resetting or battery replacement. Measuring 6-3/4 by 1-1/2 by 5 inches, the crystal clock angles slightly backward to make the time easier to read when set on a desk.
